RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No Returns Once Delivered

-We do not accept any returns once the order has been successfully delivered.

Refund Policy: Refunds at Zesty Jar are only applicable under the following circumstances:

-Product Unavailability: If a product is unavailable after payment is made, you will be eligible for a full refund.

-Damaged Product on Delivery: If your product arrives damaged, please share a clear picture of the damaged item with us. After verification, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.

-Lost in Transit: If the order is lost during delivery and does not reach you, we will issue a refund or resend the order.

Additional Terms

-Zesty Jar reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

-In such cases, if your credit/debit card has been charged, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

-We may contact you for additional information if needed to verify and process the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you have to accept the order as it is.

Delivery Coverage

If your location is in a remote or restricted zone, we will inform you in advance.

In cases where delivery isn’t possible, we’ll suggest an alternative or issue a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

-Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.

-You can use this to track the real-time status of your shipment.

Missed Deliveries

-If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the courier may reattempt or leave the parcel at a safe location.

-Returned packages due to non-availability or incorrect address may incur re-shipping charges.
